A range day, mapped.

Range software knows the bay. The POS knows the tab. Nobody knows the regular. Here is a normal range day and where Wayside connects it, proven against live range activity at The Acres.

Where records split

The bay tracks the session. The desk needs the golfer.

A golfer reserves a bay, brings two guests, opens a patio tab, takes a lesson, and shows up for league night. Each system records its part and leaves a different golfer in every one.

THE ROUTE

Jordan books a bay, brings two guests, opens a patio tab, and returns for league night. Wayside joins the approved booking, Select Pi session, Clover order, and membership fields on the golfer record.

In the product

The shift, sorted by what needs a person now.

A tee time to greet, a group to check in, an order to resolve. Each row carries the venue surface and the role responsible.

The day, mapped

Where Wayside connects a normal day.

  1. The early regulars

The same dozen people, most mornings. Range sessions log in the range system; nobody has to notice a streak, or a stop.

    WAYSIDE

Range activity attaches to the patron, so a regular's pattern is visible, including the week it breaks.

  2. A lesson wraps up

The instructor suggests a follow-up. Whether that ever happens currently lives in a text thread.

    WAYSIDE

Lessons and bookings connect to the person who showed up, so the next step has somewhere to live.

  3. Buckets and a tab

Practice balls, a sandwich, a drink at the patio. Three systems, one afternoon.

    WAYSIDE

Orders and range activity join the same visit, and membership or visit-pack benefits apply without a debate at the counter.

  4. League night

The Thursday group fills the far bays. Half of them are only in the range system.

    WAYSIDE

Programs and events keep attendance on the patron record, so a season of Thursdays adds up to relationships.

  5. The return loop

Forty-six range patrons haven't visited in three weeks, and last night's league brought four new faces.

    WAYSIDE · RETURN WORKER

The Return Worker drafts the nudge and the welcome; the operator approves, edits, or skips. The outcome receipt dates what follows.
